What type on LTS-instructor training program do you use at your facility? I recently took over the hiring and training of all new coaches and Supervisors. We do not use Red Cross or WSI curriculum; it's an in-house, very kid-centric, individualized program.
I am looking for suggestions, tips, etc for training new employees how to be effective LTS instructors. How many hours of training do you require? What is your process? Do you use a written competency exam? Etc..etc..etc..
